The Hong Kong exception in Premier’s published criteria
Premier lists Preferred, Elite and Signature tiers. Its general table combines lifetime deposits and quarterly trading volume, but the article expressly excludes China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao from that table’s qualification statement.
The same article says some clients moved to Exness Rewards from 1 July 2025 and no longer have Premier. Rewards documentation limits availability to selected clients. Neither page establishes a universal Hong Kong qualification amount or an automatic membership on account opening.
What to confirm in the account or terminal
Read the offer that belongs to your profile
In the Personal Area, open the available Premier or Rewards section. Look for the programme name, current tier, assessment period and the next tier’s actual conditions. A screenshot from another country or an older version does not establish your eligibility.
For any promised service benefit, separate what is included from what changes a trade’s cost. Priority support does not by itself change margin, spread or the result of an order.
Do not trade extra simply to chase status
Additional volume brings additional exposure and charges, even if a benefit is described as a reward. Compare the usefulness of the service with activity you already intended to undertake. A loyalty target is not a reason to increase a loss budget.
If a programme term is unclear, ask about that specific benefit or measurement period through account support. For actual pricing differences, compare the five trading account types separately.
CFD trading risk
Leveraged CFDs can cause substantial losses, including the money in your trading account. Margin is not a loss limit, and a stop-loss does not guarantee its execution price.
