The space between things is what the jury felt was the architectural interest here. Joseph Rosa thought the overlapping and fluid wood walls of the conference rooms pierced by the existing warehouse structure were like boats pinned in space and time, as the boats that in an earlier life were part of this building's activity of boat building.
